The "Contact Us" option and contact form do not serve our use case and, therefore, cause a poor user experience when submitting feedback. We are happy to use the "Provide article feedback here" option, but the contact form is not necessary for how we've set up our various support softwares. If we do remove the option for the contact form, the "Contact Us" link will display a 404 error, which also leads to a poor user experience. For the time being, I did create a workaround, but ultimately having the option to toggle off "Contact Us" support would be ideal.
