Option to export data from Swifty AI Analytics

Good day all. Would it be possible to customize reports in Analytics, or at least get list of articles published by group, by category, by user and also with total views, reads or searches? It would be very helpful. Thank you!

Add an option to exclude logged-in / authenticated users (SSO) from spam detection entirely, or significantly lower the sensitivity for those users.

There are some discrepancies in the data displayed in Analytics section: The "Views and Reads" in the Article editor show different data than in the Analytics section. The total number of searches in the "Overview" section differs from the numbers showed in "Searches"

It would be very helpful to have the User/IP column also for the articles/categories analytics, so we can better track users usage of the knowledge base. Also, having an overview of the origin of the visit/view would provide more powerful insights.

At the moment, the users tab in the analytics section shows the searches (count) data but the exported file doesn't include it. It should be included in the file.

After feedback was resolved, is there a section where we can revisit the feedback we received for data purposes? In addition, can we integrate feedback data into our analytics section? This would allow us to analyze user behavior for each feedback item and distinguish between customer management (CM) and end-user issues.

Allow users to give feedback on the Swifty results the same way they can on an article so we can review analytics around the questions and answers to identify content we need to improve keywords and content to ensure better results.
