There is some good info in here, but it's a manual process to sift through the search history and discover trends. For example, there are 235 searches that were conducted for all time, and it would be helpful if we could export this data to a spreadsheet and use ChatGPT to give us the top 5 most requested search terms or something.

Right now, all we are able to see under [Analytics > Categories] are the subcategories, and not the parent. We would like to see analytics for everything under a parent category.

Option to export data from Swifty AI Analytics

The category analytics file only includes the name and number of views the category has. If we have a category with the same name in multiple languages, it's not possible to know which category is which.

It'd be very helpful to be able to export article analytics per category to get more objective information about who and how many people are viewing and/or reading articles.

We would like to request the ability to filter by folder in the Analytics tab. Currently, it's not possible to apply this type of filter, which limits the granularity of our reporting. Adding folder-based filters would be very helpful for organizations managing large and complex knowledge bases, especially when content is structured by department or topic.

Good day all. Would it be possible to customize reports in Analytics, or at least get list of articles published by group, by category, by user and also with total views, reads or searches? It would be very helpful. Thank you!

Add an option to exclude logged-in / authenticated users (SSO) from spam detection entirely, or significantly lower the sensitivity for those users.

It would be very helpful to have the User/IP column also for the articles/categories analytics, so we can better track users usage of the knowledge base. Also, having an overview of the origin of the visit/view would provide more powerful insights.

At the moment, the users tab in the analytics section shows the searches (count) data but the exported file doesn't include it. It should be included in the file.
