We need the ability to export analytics data to CSV or Excel, ideally based on a selected date range. This would allow us to perform deeper analysis outside the platform, including custom filtering, trend analysis, and internal reporting.

From a usage perspective, AI is a primary access point to our knowledge base, and we plan to conduct monthly audits of AI-generated responses. These audits are essential for validating answer accuracy, identifying content gaps, and continuously improving keyword and search relevance. Exporting the data would allow us to track performance over time and maintain historical records for ongoing optimization.

Additionally, while export alone would provide immediate value, its usefulness would be significantly enhanced when paired with more granular filtering (e.g., by user or group). This would allow us to analyze behavior and trends across different audiences before exporting or within our external analysis.

Together, these capabilities would enable us to use Swifty AI Analytics as a true continuous improvement tool, rather than relying only on in-platform snapshots.
