Compare Between Article Versions
The new automatic creation of versions when any change is made to a previously published article is now making it difficult to identify where/how information has been updated. Can we please make the "Compare with Current Revision" button on the Revision History screen available when a different article version is selected?

Customize reports in Analytics
Good day all. Would it be possible to customize reports in Analytics, or at least get list of articles published by group, by category, by user and also with total views, reads or searches? It would be very helpful. Thank you!

Draft Article Notification Sent to Specific Users Based on Article Category
We have several teams within our company. Each team is in charge of a Helpjuice "category". The team leader has the role of "collaborator" and the team members have roles of "draft writer". When a draft writer submits an article for Category A, it sends an email notification to Team Leader A, Team Leader B, and Team Leader C. I would like for all draft articles created in Category A to only notify Team Leader A. This could be accomplished by assigning specific Collaborators as moderators over each Category.

Make glossary entry titles match case of entry
Rather than have the titles for each glossary term in all-caps like they currently are, I would prefer to have them match the case that I enter - whether it's something I select in the body of an article, or a term that I enter manually. I prefer for most technical terms that do not include proper names to be in all lower-case.

Who reviewed this article?
It would be great to have a reference for who reviewed an article (and approved it!) after it has been Published. Greyed out info is fine - but to go back and look at who signed off on it would be helpful.

Drill down in analytics
So you provide me with all these great analytics but why can't I drill down into the results? E.g. from the "Users/Groups" page, you tell me "x" questions were updated. But I want to be able to click on that field and then be shown WHICH questions were updated.

Limit appearance of glossary terms
Some terms might appear quite a few times in a given article, and it might get annoying to have the definitions popping up all over the place through the whole thing, especially if there are a number of terms in the same article. It would be nice to be able to set the definition links to only appear on the first 3 to 5 instances, say.

Differentiate between New and Updated articles in email notifications
Currently, I get an email notification every time an article is published by someone. But the notification always says "New Article Published..." whether or not it's actually a new article or just an update. It would really be helpful for these emails to differentiate between the two, since we have lots of minor updates, and I want to know when an actually new article gets published for the first time.

Public Follow/Subscribe Tool for Articles
Currently, only users with logins can follow articles for updates, which is useful for internal only facing content. As we also have a public facing knowledge base which does not require login, ability for customers to follow articles in the same fashion is essential.

add a did you mean option to search
Like google, make it so if someone has a typo or something in the search it will offer other search suggestions.
