Currently, once an article is submitted via Swifty as an Article Request, it remains permanently listed under the “Article Requests” section — even after the article has been written and published. There is no way to mark the request as “Completed” or move it to another status such as “Published.” This creates confusion for users who have already fulfilled the request, as their only options are to either leave it listed indefinitely or delete it altogether, which isn't ideal for tracking purposes.
