Feature Requests

There are a lot of ways that we can better support our AI if we were allowed to prompt train. This includes failed searches and an AI's response to our users. With little flexibility there and not being able to allow our Helpjuice AI understand certain aspects about our product, we fear is that our help site may cause some unnecessary friction for users when we are trying to enhance their experience.

I would welcome something similar to Format Painter from excel, where I could quickly copy full formatting and apply it via paste option on different text.

Currently, when I search by article title in the Dashboard, the article I'm looking for is listed far down the list of results. Even when I use the exact title. I tried using the 2 keywords (for the article in the example) and still this article is not top of the list, this makes no sense to me and wastes time when I know an article exists. Is there some way to change or improve the search results logic? Currently, once an article is submitted via Swifty as an Article Request, it remains permanently listed under the “Article Requests” section — even after the article has been written and published. There is no way to mark the request as “Completed” or move it to another status such as “Published.” This creates confusion for users who have already fulfilled the request, as their only options are to either leave it listed indefinitely or delete it altogether, which isn't ideal for tracking purposes.

Include restricted headings in the Table of Contents for users with access to those headings. Not including these headings provides an unnecessary poor user experience, causing users to shuffle through an entire document to see if the information is added vs. quickly referencing the Table of Contents.

It would be beneficial to have additional controls for users within the system. Allow us to set an inactive date for the user. This is helpful for collaboration where we want a user to have access for a specific time frame. Enable email notifications for users with a pending inactive status, so they are aware that their access is about to expire. Allow for an easy way to identify and report on inactive users for maintenance and removal.

We have a formatting standard, and it would help a lot, if we had an AI agent that could learn how to style our articles and then help our writers with the format styles, so the articles always look professional and recognizable no matter the writer.

It would be great to have a tool that rates the level of duplication for any given article. For example, the tool could report that an article has 80% duplicative content. This may or may not be acceptable depending on the purpose of the article but at least it provides information on which to make a decision.

The ability to extract feedback data submitted by end users via the analytics dashboard. This would help us identify commonly selected categories and use these insights to inform and improve our content creation strategies.
