Our old knowledge base contained many more articles which we chose not to bring across to the helpjuice platform. However, our SEO took a dip as a result and it was disappointing not being able to pass on that link juice to another location. Suggest adding a from-to set of input fields with an easy ability to see current, active redirects for the project. I've attached a rudimentary concept for what a beta of the feature could look like.

When using the Ctrl+F search function in articles that were created with the old editor, it would open the tab and accordion where the searched word is written so you could find things quicker. In articles created in the new editor, the search function does not work, it will just show no results unless you manually open the tab before. The Ctrl+F function should work as it does in the old editor.

In private articles, while giving access to users, we are unable to differentiate those who have the same names but different emails as only the name is displayed (the email is not).

Be able to pull content from different sources and it be the question. For example, I could click "Add new question from source", and then search for the file (e.g. "Pricing Info 2014.pdf"), and have the KB article essentially pull content from that source and display it (and auto-update when that file updates).

Our HJ KB is set to internal only, meaning users must login in order to view content. I assumed that any media content (pictures, files and videos) that were uploaded to the KB would be secure to. I just found out I was wrong and that all media files are uploaded to S3 and if someone has the link to these files, they can access them. while this is unlikely, unlikely to be seen by anyone, this doesn't mean secure. We really need these file to be secured. At the very least, HJ should put a disclaimer on that setting page to insure admins changing that setting are aware of this security risk.

It would be great if we could modify this message to add a contact email or any other important information for the users

We want to change the Autor of an article manually (manage collaborators) and this new autor will be displayed o nthe article page. This is specially helpful if the autor leaves the company and the article will be "assigned" to somebody else.
