Draft Article Notification Sent to Specific Users Based on Article Category

We have several teams within our company. Each team is in charge of a Helpjuice "category". The team leader has the role of "collaborator" and the team members have roles of "draft writer". When a draft writer submits an article for Category A, it sends an email notification to Team Leader A, Team Leader B, and Team Leader C. I would like for all draft articles created in Category A to only notify Team Leader A. This could be accomplished by assigning specific Collaborators as moderators over each Category.

Bumping this- would be a great feature for more granular control over notification settings

Kind of like category 'owners' or 'keepers'.

This also enables one person who completed a change that impacts other information to alert those responsible without needing to edit their work

Agree - could we combined this with the way Contact Form/Article Requests are being submitted? be allowed to assign different email addresses per category to receive the feedback from the users. Example: Sales Department - to send the feedback/ requests to Sales Collaborator. Customer service agents to send feedback/requests to the Customer Service collaborator etc...

Helga Martinez: Lovely idea

Yes, please. We'd like to use HJ in a similar way as we scale up.
