Remove the 1,000-user export limit on the Users page and allow exporting all users in the Knowledge Base, matching the behavior of the export available under Settings → Export Data.

The Users report in the Users section is currently limited to 1000 users, while the report available in the Export Data section does include all users. This doesn't make sense. The one in the Users section should also include all users.

I'm seeing other similar feature request comments. DraftWriter can change category status (Internal, private, public) <-- this means a newbie can tank your entire site with 2 clicks. They also can add/Del from glossary. Duplicate categories (and articles within). I can't imagine how this behavior is OK. We need either a new ROLE or restrict the Draft Writer privileges ASAP.
