Issue Summary: When pasting a new screenshot into the editor, it is automatically: Centered Assigned a height and width dimension Appearing blurry in both the editor and public preview Impact: Screenshots need to be manually left-aligned to work within continuous numbered lists. The assigned dimensions in the HTML appear to cause the blurriness. Manually removing these dimensions via Regex fixes the issue, making images appear clear again. Steps to Reproduce: Copy a screenshot using a screenshot tool. Paste it directly into the Helpjuice editor (without using the Upload Manager). Observe that the image: Is centered Has height/width attributes automatically assigned Appears blurry in both the editor and live preview Compare with images where height/width attributes were manually removed—these appear sharp. Expected Behavior: Screenshots should retain their original sharpness without requiring manual HTML adjustments. Alignment should not be forced to center.

If we are switching between Article Versions, the restricted content blocks will be emptied. We need to refresh the Article Editor tab by using Ctrl + F5 for the content to be restored.

Issue: Users who have been removed from the KB still appear in the article accessibility selector if they were previously set as accessors. This creates confusion, especially when multiple users with similar names exist. Expected Behavior: Users removed from the KB should no longer appear in the article accessibility selector. Alternatively, consider an indication (e.g., a label or strikethrough) that the user is no longer in the KB. Steps to Reproduce: Assign a user as an article accessor. Remove the user from the KB. Open the article accessibility selector. The removed user still appears as one of the accessors. Proposed Solution: Automatically remove users from the article accessibility list when they are removed from the KB. OR add a label indicating that the user is no longer active. Consider the impact of removing accessors if a user is later re-added to the KB.

The "Views and Reads" in the Article editor show different data than in the Analytics section.

If I add a caption to an image and then put it "In line", the caption disappears and I cannot add a caption to an image which is "In line". If the image is "centered image" or "side image", then the caption is not affected.

The "Settings" button for Internal Blocks doesn't always work (clicking it does nothing). When this happens, the workaround has been to adjust the value of data-permitted-groups in the Source editor.

If we add an image as part of a list with indented points and center it, the list breaks and we can't add an indented point below it. If we keep the image set to inline, it works as expected.

Glossary entries do not match Title styles.

We are unable to compare between Article revisions. We are getting an error message at the bottom of the screen
