When asking the Swifty Chatbot any question, it sometimes begins generating an answer but then abruptly replaces it with the “no response” message. This happens randomly and is not limited to any specific query.

The AI used two articles as sources to provide an answer but only listed one.

The system automatically assigns requests to the authors who have created similar content in the past, as they’re considered the best experts to handle those topics. However, it's assigning users who are not authors of any articles.
