Zendesk is great but Freshdesk has some significant advantages. Integrating answers to common questions at ticket ingress points or for contextually for chat agents is a huge win
Need more functionality with Helpjuice and Slack
Build more functionality around with slack. If a user has an idea for an article, create article idea from within slack and have it go into Helpjuice automatically
API - Glossary Terms
It would be very helpful to have an APi that allows us the Create/Delete/Update Glossary Terms.
Need the ability to suggest HelpJuice articles (pull them in and post a link) within the support ticket of Intercom. Lots of other knowledge base software already doing this...

Okta provisioning Integration
We are looking for a broader integration with one of the leading Identity and Access Management tools worldwide. There is a basic integration with Okta but it would be much more use full if we can use some additional features like group push so that we don't have to manually add hundreds of groups.
Integration to transifex
It would be create to have an integration to Transifex so that managing content in the KB and especially changes in it could be tracked.
