Related articles search enhancement

As a user I would like to be able to search related article either by exact link, or to see the hierarchy of the articles in order to select the right article from the right category. (We have many articles with the same name, thus only name search doesn't give us the expected result)

We have the same issue. We have many articles by the same name so we can't know which option we're selecting.

Does your KB offer a "Related Articles" section at the bottom of each article? Ours offers up to four. By default, they are generated by AI, but this feature can be toggled off near the upper right-hand of the Article Editor to allow for manual selections to be made. Hope this helps!
