There is technically an integrated 'app' with ZenDesk. But it feels half way thought out. I think this is because ZenDesk has gone through decently big UI changes since the helpjuice app was released, but I'm not sure. The attached image is what currently shows for us.
Couple of suggested updates
  • automatic log in, not having to log in all the time
  • larger window view (zendesk's built in 'Guide' has a great example of possible use for article search)
  • ability to automaticlaly embed article link from the panel. A one button press that would create a href with the article title as the text and the link as the URL.
