Three powerful updates to Analytics:
  1. Analytics agent that helps you breakdown the bounced and failed searches topics so that you can remove knowledge gaps.
  2. Tracking article request details would be beneficial, as when I clear out the requests after adding new or updating existing articles, there is no way to track this in Helpjuice.
  3. Update to the date range filter. When I apply the date range filter for certain analytics (such as User Groups), it doesn't filter the page for the users that were added during that time. Applying the filter properly to all analytics pages would be extremely helpful for analysis purposes.
