I would love to see a feature where as Administrator we could manage the keywords/tags.

Create a list of the tags which can be used by writers
Delete some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used)
Merge some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used)
See a list of article where specific tag is used

Article tags for internal users. Can program script based on tag, PDFs and analytics can be pulled based on tagged articles. In addition we formerly used tags to identify documents included in the article, so when updated, we could confirm the update carried over to the articles it needed to.

This is a huge request. Being able to bulk-edit to correct spelling errors on tags from all authors would be HUGE!

when I enter a keyword, I would like helpjuice to autocomplete the tag, so I know I am using the same tag on various articles, and not creating new tags by mistake, due to typo or something like that.

yes, that is a very good idea! In addition, keywords should of course also be suggested to the writer via autocomplete.

This would be great for us as well, to avoid misspelling or unintended broadening of keyword list!

We need very specific keywords to be used in order to use API search from our support tool, and thus would like to (at least) give editors a list of tags already used on other articles instead of free text only.
