Have a "super admin" so, even if the admins are not on the access list, they would be able to see the content. Maybe choosing one or two admins to have that special user role.

Emil Hajric So if you're a "Super Admin" do you auto follow any new content that's created? Is this configurable as I'd like it (happy to submit a new request)?

Hi all!
We just completed this feature. All account owners are now Super Administrators. Super Admins can see all content - even if they're not in the list. 
If you wish to appoint someone Super Admin, you must be a Super Admin to do so. This is a power that is not easy to obtain, so use it wisely!

We just lost all access to our entire knowledge base because privileges were changed outside of our control. This absolutely should be a feature.

Same for me, as the owner of the business, I need to be able to see, search for anything.

Do you mean to have a role that can see all the published content and the dratfs even if he is not included in the list of permits? That would be great because it takes a lot of time to add the person who reviews the articles to each of the articles if they are private.

I already have admins with "full access" but as you said, they cant see the content if the articles are private :(

Alejandra Aguilar Escobar: But if you're hitting this issue it suggests to me that either the security model in the product isn't working as it should OR not as you understand it. There must be a reason HJ have set it up this way, maybe one of the Mods can answer.

Cliff Hobbs: Good insight, Cliff. We've since resolved this issue by always forcing the creator of the Article and/or Account Owner to have access to that.

Emil Hajric: After 2 years we have the same problem :( administrators cant see private articles

Emil Hajric: This is false. I wrote a number of articles, and even as an administrator lost access to the articles without changing permissions.
