Hi! Checking on this feature request. Do you have an idea when this feature will be released. This would be a positive game changer for my company. We would want this ability for all types of users: viewers, draft writers, and authors. Hoping this is the next one up on the list.
Thank you!

When is this feature coming out?

Hi Emil! Aren't you also planning to implement this as webhooks for API?

This is a feature our company is very much interested. We use our 95% of knowledge base for internal purposes only. Subscribing to a category would be very helpful for users in various departments throughout our company. Do we have an ETA as to when this feature will be implemented? Thank you!

It would also be great if admins could subscribe user groups to articles or whole categories so that the selected user group would periodically receive an email with a list of links to any new or updated content. That would save us a lot of work/time manually emailing everyone that needs to know whenever something has been added or changed. It could work similar to the way update emails come when from this feature request forum whenever something happens. I highly doubt that our users will manually opt to subscribe to an article or category, but we definitely want to make sure that they stay abreast of anything that changes.

Ability to "Follow" Topics/Categories just like we can follow Questions/Articles and Authors/Users.
Sounds like a cool feature!

Emil Hajric: Hi Emil, just to make sure: this notification will be also for viewers i nthe KB...not only for autors. correct?

This is a great idea!! How would the notifications look like for viewers only? Part of my colleagues don't have access to the Helpjuice dashboard, so I wonder how they would see the notifications - by email? Maybe there could be a notifications section in the front end of the knowledge base as well? (like facebook's little "bell" showing the number of new posts).

Great Idea! I would love to see this implemented!
