Please include a new option in email notifications: “Notification when new articles request my expertise.”

Check whether you would like to receive a notification when Swifty AI requests your expertise for a knowledge base article.

Preferably with the option to select “Daily”, “Weekly” or “Monthly.”

These emails are currently sent unsolicited several times a week. They're annoying because articles are often suggested for terms that aren't in our knowledge base or that have had very few searches.
