Emil Hajric well, there are existing solutions that you can integrate. we, for example, would love to use our mermaid diagrams, we created in our legacy tool.

I second this. The lack of a proper diagram solution (e.g. something similar to DrawIO) makes it very hard to maintain complex information that requires frequent changes.

I like this idea and would like to expand it a bit further. In addition to using Helpjuice tool for diagram and flowchart development I would like to link the diagram activity to the respective procedure content. For example I have a 30 step diagram that outlines the process. Below that 30 step diagram is all of the "procedure content" - the process details. I could click step 7 in the process diagram and I am taken to step 7 procedure content.
