Possibility to make the email field required and to insert content in the popup.

For example, in our case we would add a message to give instructions to provide a proper feedback.

It would be helpful to add a link to the article feedback page in the Dashboard left panel. It would also be great to be able to mark feedback as resolved (this could archive it), delete spam or junk feedback, and filter the feedback by article.

I have over 2k emails for feedback. I have no way to download these comments and determine if the feedback is critical or useful. This feature for feedback is useless if you can't manage it in a spreadsheet.

The Article Feedback section of the Dashboard allows us to respond to or simply resolve feedback submitted by readers, which is great. We would also like to see a history of feedback that has been resolved please.

When we get emails showing the feedback it is very difficult to figure out which section of the article it is going on. Even though the email shows the line that the feedback is about it doesn't show where it is in the article.

It would be very helpful if it would show on the side of the article (like a comment) so it would be easy to find and deal with.

Currently the article feedback only provides two options- Reply and Resolve. If you click on Resolve, a question about deleting the feedback appears.

It should allow to resolve and archive not delete.
