When users save an article using the heart icon, all bookmarked articles go to the Favorites section, but the list appears in a random order. Based on user feedback, this makes Favorites less helpful than expected, because it is often faster to re-search the article than to scroll through Favorites.

Suggested improvements:

• display articles chronologically in the order they were saved, or

• allow users to categorize or organize their saved articles (e.g., by topic, tag, or user-defined folders).

This would make Favorites a true productivity tool, especially for agents who frequently revisit certain content.
