Hi everyone!
Ever wanted to share Internal articles with the public, using a encrypted/private URL?
Now you can! With the new Helpjuice Accessiblity update, you can now set a Article as "Shareable URL"
See more info here: https://help.helpjuice.com/content-accessibility/how-to-share-internal-articles-via-url
P.S.: Thanks for everyone who suggested & voted for this feature on our fedeback.helpjuice.com site!
Cheers,
Emil :-)

Our organization could greatly benefit from this as well. We currently have two use cases for this:
- We have partner developers who only need access to one or two articles in our KB - not the entire platform. Passing them a single encrypted URL would allow us to service their needs without rearchitecting their user permissions to only view two articles.
- We pass UI help links from our software UI to our KB. Users who access these articles are only interested in the documentation pertaining to the UI, and there is a high turnover for these users so we are constantly creating new user accounts so these users can access the content. If we passed an encrypted URL for these articles to our KB, it would alleviate frustration on both our end and our customer's end.
