If a user is configured as an Internal Viewer, they do not have the ability to receive the 'Notify About New Article Feedback' notification, even though they have it toggled on for their user role. It is important for these users to be notified because they need to stay informed about when customers provide feedback, given the fact they work with our customers on a daily basis.
