our knowledge base is not public, but all uploaded files (PDF, video, etc.) are publicly accessible on the server. for each! you only need a direct link to one of the files. we ask to urgently improve this fatal inadequacy.

I see this as a bug rather than a feature request. Account file storage should only be accessible to a logged in user. That isn't even a discussion point.
