Direct link to headers in articles
Elaine Foley
It would be very useful to have a link button next to section headers in articles so users could copy a link directly. This is possible to an extent by selecting a section from the Table of Contents and then copying the URL from the address bar, but a direct link next to the header would be very user-friendly. This is already available in Confluence and other writing platforms; see the attached example from Confluence.

Linking direct to headers, accordions, and tabs that are nested under accordions or tabs, would make this even better.

Hey Elaine Foley, this feature is supported and it can be added to your knowledge base. It would be a Minor Customization request

Mahir Tokic Great, will submit a request - thank you!

Mahir Tokic would these links then have the same format as when copying from the table of contents, i.e. with a hashtag + numbering? Because the numbering changes if you add another section above, rendering your existing links used elsewehere useless. Or would these links use a fixed, unique ID for each section?

Mahir Tokic is this available without using the Click Link to Highlight or the TOC?
