Currently, We only have an option to see the number of likes and dislikes in analytics. It's required to have detail of the person who like/dislike the article along the article name.

All the details should also be available via API.

Problem is people may not be willing for you to collect this data. You'd also need to declare what you're collecting (I presume) and get them to agree to it. 
Ultimately, if you're tracking/collecting data about them, they may be less inclined to do this.
I don't personally see the benefit of Likes/Dislikes, as without the supporting "why" data it's pointless (and even if you did have the "why", you may disagree with it enough not change the content so what's the point ;-)).
