Hi, I'm not sure what changes you made, but now we cannot login at all. It says "Forbidden" after input our login credentials and click "Sign in". See screenshot.

Hmm, seems that it is not related to this. Seems like a general problem with Helpjuice (we cant even reach the front end of our KB).

Siavash Vatanijalal: The root cause is a security mechanism we have in place that bans certain IP addresses for a few minutes when they misbehave. However, since you're using HTTPS, we have a load balancer in the way and the IP being banned is the load balancer itself, which ends up banning all users. We temporarily disabled this mechanism so the issue goes away and we're working on getting it enabled again but disregarding the load balancer's IP so it stops banning everyone.

The login page requires knowledge of html/css to customize, and the custom invite email is a WYSIWYG Editor, so please proceed with caution.

We have had multiple people click "Create Account" instead of just logging in. If we were able to tie our login page to the same URL as our customized KB, I think it would eliminate this issue on first time use. The "Create Account" should only be accessed from Helpjuice's page - not our individual log in pages.
