I would like a level of user permissions that allow the user to see comments and add comments of their own, but not make edits to the article.

The reason for this is because I would like everyone at the company to be able to make internal comments, but I don't want to grant edit access as broadly. If someone submits feedback on an article, I want us to be able to use comments to go back and forth, make the necessary updates, and make sure we're getting to the right resolution. But I wouldn't want to grant everyone at the company edit access in order to achieve this.
