We have a business need to export PDF documents at the beginning of each month from multiple KBs and then save/distribute them to leadership groups (i.e., print "manuals" from a specific category level).

The manual retrieval process to click the hidden export icon (aria-hidden), access the URL of the exported document (either via email link or from the exported data table), save the document, then distribute/upload the documentation back to Helpjuice for access is extremely labor-intensive.

Having an "auto-fetch" type feature that would export and save these documents back to a folder within a folder in the File Manager section of the same KB on the first day of each month (or other interval) would remove most the manual work from this process and allow archival document versions of the content that could be used for auditing/quality purposes.
