The API v3 includes very useful resources such as articles, analytics and other metrics, but it lacks customization related resources.

We should be able to obtain published and draft versions of the template files as well as a rendered example in plain html/css to be able to integrate our development cycle in third party tools.

It will help us speed up developement by making use of cutting edge tools as they are released, since the API will be platform agnostic.

One helpful example would be integrating it with vscode as it integrates with tools that would allow multi-phase developement such as html/css static code, then adapt it to hj structure, then include liquid tags, then visual editor attributes.
