Currently, when the Swifty AI Chatbot provides article links, it automatically uses the default Knowledge Base URLs. However, for customers embedding their Helpjuice Knowledge Base on external sites, these links return a 404 page. It is essential to have the ability to adjust these URLs to match the embedded link format.
Requested Feature:
  • Ability for customers to customize how article URLs are generated and displayed by the Swifty AI Chatbot in the embedded Helpjuice Knowledge Base.
  • This would allow the chatbot to link to articles using the embed URLs instead of the default Knowledge Base URLs.
