Certain features aren't available to users with certain access. For example, internal viewers can't edit the AI settings in their account, so these options shouldn't be displayed, or there should be a way to hide them if desired. Otherwise, the user has settings they can't edit, and all they see is a flash of a red message at the bottom of the screen. It makes it seem like the feature is broken rather than unavailable.
Additionally, it would be helpful to disable Helpjuice options for specific users. For example, internal viewers can only view the knowledge base, so they have no use for information about how to create content in Helpjuice. Since we will be using our knowledge base for customers, having a Help Articles and Product Roadmap option in a menu falsely gives the impression that this is for our content, when it isn't. Even the link to articles and videos will end up confusing users since they don't have access to any of the features being covered in either resource.
