Currently, the "no results" modal displays with a form that links to the Contact Form information in the Settings. There is no way to customize this if you don't want to use the form and just want a "no results" message with next steps (please submit a request through our ticketing system at ...). Our ticketing system can't accept the emails from "no-reply@notifications.helpjuice.com" because it can't link that "From" address to an account in our CRM. We would need to do extensive configurations to our CRM to enable it to read the email to find the "From" text it needs. It should be up to the customer how "no results" are handled in the system, rather than forcing us to use the built-in form. If the emails submitted were sent as if they were actually from the "Your Email" supplied on the form, we could work with the modal as is.
