To Reproduce the Issue:
  1. Navigate to any Knowledge Base and open the Chatbot Settings.
  2. Change the theme color to #FFFFFF.
  3. Send a test message in the right chatbot preview and inspect the message. You will notice that the message becomes invisible.
  4. Now, change the theme color to something bolder (darker color) and repeat the process. You will be able to see your messages without any issues.
