Internal Block Content Not Visible in Published Version During Draft Edits

Issue:
When editing an article containing an internal block, if a new draft version is created after publishing, the content of the internal block from the published version is not visible in the editor. However, the internal block content is still displayed on the front end.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an article with an internal block.
- Publish the article.
- Edit the article to create a new draft version.
- Check the published version in the editor—internal block content is not visible.
- Verify the front end—internal block content is still displayed.
Expected Behavior:
The content of the internal block in the published version should remain visible in the editor, even when a new draft version is created.
