Image Does Not Resize via Input Fields After Manual Resizing

When users manually resize an image by dragging its corners, entering new width/height values in the "Edit Image" menu and clicking "Resize" does nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Insert an image.
- Resize the image by dragging its corners.
- Enter new width/height values in the "Edit Image" menu.
- Click "Resize."
Expected Result:
The image should resize according to the new input values.Actual Result:
The image remains at the size set by dragging.
