Currently, the Draft & Unpublished page only displays articles that are unpublished. However, when I create a new draft version of an already published article, the article does not appear on this page, even though it is now in draft mode.

Expected behavior:

The Draft & Unpublished page should display all articles that are currently in an editing stage, including:

* Unpublished articles (articles that have never been published)

* Draft versions of published articles (when a new draft has been created but not yet published)

Actual behavior:

Only unpublished articles appear. Draft versions of published articles are not listed. This makes it difficult to locate and manage all articles that are currently being edited.

From a workflow perspective, it would also make the status indicators more meaningful:

* Unpublished should apply to articles that have never been published.

* Draft should apply when a published article has a new version being edited.

With this approach, the Draft & Unpublished page would provide a single place to review all in-progress articles, making filtering by status (Draft vs. Unpublished) clearer and more useful.
