DNS and Redirect Issues with Swiss Providers

Customers using Swiss internet providers (Salt and Sunrise) experience broken CSS issues accessing Helpjuice-hosted Knowledge Bases due to DNS resolution failures. The issue persists even after disabling domain redirects and directly accessing subdomains.
Observed Behavior
- DNS resolution errors when attempting to load static content (static.helpjuice.com).
- Redirection loops or timeout errors reported for subdomains.
- Affected customers face intermittent or complete inability to load Knowledge Base content.
Expected Behavior
- DNS resolution should complete without errors.
- Redirection should not result in errors or blocked access for end users.
- Users should have uninterrupted access to the Knowledge Base across all supported regions and providers.

Additional note: Also affects baseline URL "www.helpjuice.com", not just subdomains.
