When a title contains special characters (like "é" for example), all special characters are removed into the URL and not replaced by a simple one like in my example "é" should be replaced by "e".

As French speaking we have few characters like that in our alphabet and we cannot count on writers to think all the time to change to URL to add simple character instead of the deleted one.

We need a fix for this as soon as possible.
