Be able to pull content from different sources and it be the question.
For example, I could click "Add new question from source", and then search for the file (e.g. "Pricing Info 2014.pdf"), and have the KB article essentially pull content from that source and display it (and auto-update when that file updates).

Google Drive would be So great! I hate that there is no way (or at least no good way) to find the docs or a central place to keep them!
