If anyone else is having this issue, please upvote. Apparently it's not reproduceable by anyone but me.

For a numbered list item, open the toolbar icon and click List Properties.

Change the number to something else.

Press Enter.

"Article template was created successfully."

It's so reproduceable for me I keep creating article templates accidentally and have deleted about 50 now.
