Swifty AI customization settings should be language-specific
Currently, the same Swifty AI customization is applied to all languages. For example: If we wanted to customize the Welcome Header text in German for the German KB, it will also be applied to the English KB. We should be able to add language-specific settings.

Word Blacklist
Would love to have a way to blacklist a keyword for the ai for example The ai should not use "Article C" when we ask it about "Word A" (this should be an article by article specific blacklist. not a general one)

Please add a way for users to give us an indication whether the AI Generated answer was good or not - otherwise it's really difficult to tell if it's useful

[Swifty AI Helpbar] Hitting the Enter key should redirect to an all search results page
In the old search, after typing in a search, users could hit the Enter key and it would route them to a dedicated page with all of the relevant search results. Now, the Enter key does nothing and remains stuck on the Helpbar popup.

[Swifty AI] Custom bot flows
Allow users to create and configure custom conversational flows for the Swifty AI Chatbot. This feature would enable customers to design specific interaction paths that guide users through tailored question-and-answer sequences or decision trees. Custom bot flows would enhance user experience by providing a structured and dynamic conversation that aligns with specific business needs or workflows, ensuring more personalized and effective support.

The chatbot should answer with a suitable video within the chat
If there's a video related to the question, it would be great to have it embedded within the chat so the user can reproduce it. At the moment, the chatbot only adds links to articles with videos. I attached an example.

Allow admins to Edit the "Recommended", "New Articles" and "Popular Articles" sections
It would be great if we had the ability to adjust these sections from the Swifty Settings menu so that users can adjust it according to Knowledge Base Language.

Add ability to change links domain in Swifty AI
Links in the Swifty AI response use the subdomain/cname. However, these links take us to a 404 in cases where the KB is embedded or residing in a subdirectory. We should be able to change the links domain
