[Swifty AI Helpbar] Toggle Option for "Created By" Filter in Swifty AI Helpbar
Description: Currently, the Swifty AI Helpbar includes a "Created by" filter that displays internal author names. While this feature may be helpful for internal teams, it raises privacy concerns when external users access the search, as it exposes the real names of internal authors. Proposed Solution: Introduce a toggle option in the Swifty AI Helpbar settings to allow administrators to enable or disable the "Created by" filter for external users.

Add a tooltip to the swifty AI button
Since our KB page is full of categories it is very hard to see the little circle on the bottom left. Can you please add some sort of tooltip or a "helper" text so the button can be easily identified

Show information sources for responses in AI Helpbar
When an AI response is provided in the AI Helpbar, it does not reference the source that it gathered that information from. I would like it to be similar to the way that the AI Chatbot references the source when providing responses.

Multiple Chat Threads and Conversation Management in AI Bot
I would like to request the ability to have multiple chat threads within the AI chatbot. This feature would allow users to: Start and switch between different conversations Recall and continue past conversations Clear or delete specific conversations when no longer needed This would greatly enhance the user experience by making it easier to manage and organize interactions with the bot. Additionally, it ties into a previously requested feature regarding user identification (as referenced in this post https://helpjuice.canny.io/feature-requests/p/record-analytics-for-the-swifty-ai-chabot-and-helpbar ) to help maintain a seamless experience across sessions and chats.

Word Blacklist
Would love to have a way to blacklist a keyword for the ai for example The ai should not use "Article C" when we ask it about "Word A" (this should be an article by article specific blacklist. not a general one)

[Swifty AI Helpbar] Hitting the Enter key should redirect to an all search results page
In the old search, after typing in a search, users could hit the Enter key and it would route them to a dedicated page with all of the relevant search results. Now, the Enter key does nothing and remains stuck on the Helpbar popup.

Adjust / Set Answer Length in the Chatbot
It would be useful to have the ability to adjust the length of the chatbot's answers, with options for short, medium, and long responses. This way, clients can choose how concise or detailed the chatbot should be in its replies.

Add Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down to AI Search Answers
Please add a way for users to give us an indication whether the AI Generated answer was good or not - otherwise it's really difficult to tell if it's useful
