PDF Printing

Any action planned for this? We are seriously considering other KB software that can export PDF and html...in a nicely formatted, logical order.

For complete clarity, the table of contents I meant is the one at the beginning of the PDF, not the TOCs in the individual articles. We would like those to be omitted.

Any plans for this yet, guys? I want this feature so badly right now. Manually creating PDFs and adding them to the articles, and then keeping those PDFs current when things change is killing me.

It would be amazing to be able to PDF an entire category properly. Currently, the PDF documents have really poor formatting. Definitely not print worthy. I've seen a single line be cut in half with the top part of the letter on one page and the bottom part of the letter on the next page.

This would be helpful as long as we caution people to continue to check KO for the most up-to-date version so that they aren't relying on outdated guides that they've printed out.

This is something that we definitely need and would be very helpful!

This would be a huge thing for us. I know there's the capability to generate a pdf from the dashboard, but there are a lot of our staff that need printed guides, and so I currently have to manually generate a pdf for each one, then insert a link to the pdf that's hosted on our servers. It would be amazing if they could just click a button and get an auto-generated pdf with branding and everything.
The only challenge for us would be that I use a lot of accordions and sometimes GIFs, neither of which would show up in a pdf.

Joel Andrews: this is the same issue we have. We have so much content, downloading and uploading it is so time consuming!
