Notification and Updates During Service Outages

Our Helpjuice instance has been spotty at best the past two days with frequent "Site Can't be Reached" messages.
Unfortunately the only way we're able to communicate with you is via the admin side of the site.
It would be great if you could contact support from outside of the admin side.

Yes! Even a simple notification during an outage or a push would help. We've started getting quite a few complaints from customers in the last month.

Yes! We have experienced this as well. Its a really poor experience for our users.
