Be able to 'rest' articles/topics in an achieve section. You can always unarchive them
"At the moment, an article can only be published or in draft. Sometimes we have articles that are no more relevant at the moment, but that could be in the future. As a result, instead of keeping them in the Draft section, we would like to put them in an archive section or something similar." - Sofia

You asked - we listened (and acted!) It's live.
With the Archive feature, you can have individual/multiple articles or categories go into Archive mode.
When Archived, it wont appear in your knowledge base or search results, and wont be accessible unless via direct link. If you visit it via direct link, you'll see a yellow notice letting you know you are viewing an Archived item.

This would be huge for us as well. Plenty of old procedures on our internal KB that need to be kept for future reference, but should not be listed in searches or current, relevant, article lists.

Sofia Venturelli What would you expect to happen if you selected a category/article and clicked "Achieve" ? Would it disappear from the KB, and only show when searched for? Would it disappear entirely?
Sofia Venturelli
Emil Hajric: I would like the article to disappear from the KB BUT instead of going in the "Draft section" and get lost within the "work in progress articles" it will go in the "Archive section" so that we know that it has already been approved and published in the past.
As a result, if need be, I can just put it live again in one click without going through the approval process.
I hope that makes sense.

Sofia Venturelli: Gotcha. That makes a lot of sense.
