We uploaded several videos and for non users they cannot view them full screen. By fixing this users would be able to clearly see the videos we produce to help answer their questions.

We have recently started to upload multiple support videos to our site using HelpJuice and iFrame.
For some time now, we were able to use the Full Screen button but it seems a recent change has rendered the button function-less.
Not sure what change was made recently but a working full screen button or the option to increase video size on the page would be very helpful.
For now we are employing a "Open Video in New Tab" solution for our customers until the issue is resolved.

To clarify this issue further, it occurs when the "Restrict access to only via javascript" setting is enabled since Helpjuice content is delivered via an iFrame when this is enabled.
According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe
it seems that adding "allowfullscreen" to the iFrame delivered by Helpjuice would allow for videos to be made fullscreen.
