Emil Hajric Would it be possibile for the user to get an email, when the favorite article has been updated? this will help the users to keep track of the changes. It would be amazing to have this! the user will get an automatic email by any change!

I like the idea, what would be nice that would really make it worthwhile is the ability to search the favorites list instead of the whole KB

Kaitlin Madsen Love this idea. Would you imagine this happening on teh Dashboard/Backend, or on the "Public" facing KB?

Emil Hajric: On the Public facing end. The way my group would use it is when our internal users log in, they could have the ability to favorite an article. So then when they log in again they can go to their favorites to select the article(s) from there. Not everyone will have admin/dashboard access in our organization.
