Improved design. We've done some small, but major improvements on the analytics design, which we believe you'll find useful and more pleasing to use. Amongst these are: better graphs, easier analytics navigation and others.
New Toggle for Internal/External Analytics data. We now let you drill down to see Helpjuice Analytics JUST for your External Users (public, non-authenticated) or Internal Users (authenticated, private/internal).
Individual Article analytics. Now that our Articles have their dedicated analytics pages, you can now access more data on it. For example, you can see the traffic a question has in a given time frame, top searches that lead to it, aswell as users that consume it the most.
Individual User analytics. Want to see what a specific user is searching, which articles they're viewing, or all their Article contributions? You can now do it.
Category analytics. You can now see a general overview of how well your categories are performing, which are the most popular
Better grouping of searches. This is the biggest feature you'll never see, because it's one of those items that you'll notice if it doesn't work well, and not notice if it works well. Basically, we're now grouping searches a LOT better, to help you see less of the same repetitive searches, and more of concrete searches (basically, removing mid-autocomplete searches from analytics )

Anyone have any extra feedback on the image posted? Do you like / dislike the approach?

Emil Hajric: I don't see anything missing - this looks good. I think it is a good overhaul of the current "User Activities" screen.

Hi everyone!
Just a mini updated. We're considering having the detailed User Analytics page be like this (attached).
You'd be able to see this page for every user in your knowledge base.
Are we missing anything?
Didi Kirova
This would be very helpful to admins
Emil Hajric
Didi Kirova: Hi Didi. Is there anything in specific that you'd like to see?
María Fernanda Vázquez Guerrero
I like this but it would be better to exclude the activity of the administrators from analytics, to have a more realistic information
Emil Hajric
María Fernanda Vázquez Guerrero: Hi! Perhaps this is a good topic to discuss and hear your thoughts. We were also thinking about actually adding items such as "Articles written", "Articles published", etc., which would also be valuable to the admins.
We were thinking more of this page as a way to see what a specific user has been doing, in detail.
María Fernanda Vázquez Guerrero
Emil Hajric: That very cool, great idea Emil!
Fer Prueba
I would like that Helpjuice excludes administrators from analytics results
Emil Hajric
Fer Prueba: Submitting this as a new feature request
Steele Ferguson
I like this idea!
Emil Hajric
Steele Ferguson : Glad to hear that, Steele. Is there anything specific you think we should add?
Steele Ferguson
Emil Hajric: This may be what is being looked at but To somehow see the "path" the user navigated to reach their answer (or to contact support). How many articles viewed? Did they need to search multiple times or did they view articles internally? etc.
Something that shows a simple path like:
Ip Address
Search ---> click "article name" ---> new search
OR
Search ---> click "article name" ---> click "article name" ----> clicked "article name" ----> left feedback
Bryer Day
Steele Ferguson : I agree, seeing a path or something like that would be great.
Sara Mosher
Steele Ferguson : This would be a very useful additional feature.
Emil Hajric
Steele Ferguson : Bryer Day Sara Mosher Moving this idea to a new thread!
