- I would like to see a way for any of the admin / collaborator / draft writer to create an article and then assign it to the next person to either review or complete.
- Ideally there is a way to create an article , then assign a collaborator and pass along a message like "please complete this article and pass it along to X to review"
- I also would like to see a way to make comments for the next person to resolve.
This would make workflow approval a breeze.

A possible improvement to this would be to allow non-publish right users to review for content validity. This would allow to keep the number of users with publishing rights to a minimum to ensure standards are held.

Article Approval Process has been deployed today!
Now users have easier and automatic version management, and more options to send articles to review (like asking specific users to review the article).

Yes! Draft writers could assign their "team lead" to review/vet & publish their articles. I like it!

Any news on whether this will ever be implemented? I agree with the rest, it's an extremely useful feature for large organizations that have different content teams working in the same platform.

I would like to see Helpjuice offer an integration with AI where it can create an article based off a suggestion, then send it directly to key stakeholders for review and after they've reviewed it, the article will automatically be sent to the admin so they can make any necessary changes and publish it.

I have just got my own HelpJuice instance and found that this is a feature that is an absoult MUST. A draft writer will always be reporting to a specific person or set of people so not sure why the draft notifiation goes to EVERYONE.
